Palm Trees Metal Wrap Hawaii

Lincoln Child - Deep

Good morning everyone and welcome back to these pages.
Last night, rocked by an episode of Voyager is not just the highest level, I concluded the reading of "Impact", an interesting work of L. Child, author brilliant work, especially when paired with D. Preston (their party is arguably the most famous literary agent Pendergast, while tvnomani An example is the film "Relic").

Let's see what the site says IBS on this volume:
" North Atlantic. The Storm King oil platform in a mysterious and deadly disease from the symptoms is spreading among the crew. No one can understand what it may caused. Peter Crane, U.S. Navy doctor, is responsible for dealing with the emergency. In an atmosphere full of ambiguity and secrecy, Crane realizes immediately that the ocean depths conceal a secret infinitely more dark and menacing of the disease that is called to fight. Deep Storm is a top secret military base to over three thousand feet below sea level: it is there that the dreadful disease affects. Inside a mammoth twelve-storey, surmounted by a dome that can withstand the immense pressure of the water, a group of leading scientists, in an atmosphere tense and claustrophobic, a top secret research. The object of research, the remains of an unknown civilization, a civilization that left no traces in the history books, but that is technologically advanced. And that perhaps is not entirely disappeared. "

Now, a small admission: I started some time ago, and this book ... I put it quickly into the ranks of tomes "to read when there is time." In fact, the first part (read: half) of the book is tedious, but almost redundant - if you have the patience to exceed 50% of the book, you will understand that all those parts are used to pave the way for a "second time" in crescendo , without action, upheavals, betrayals, terrorists and that sweet, inevitable, unbeatable dash of Aliens which is not bad just never. If you then add that the last thirty lines hide a completely unexpected plot twist, so here I am here to recommend reading this book. Not a must, but definitely worth reading. Until next time

Ale ps: about ... read yesterday, coincidentally, I saw a beautiful spot where the Government is inciting people to get close to Reading. You can find the video here .
