Mandingo And White Guy

Side A

To place the last 6 curved plates of the left side of the boat, we spent the whole day, but the result is excellent. Towards the 17's "workers' low cost (is satisfied , ribs, sausages, bread and wine) have gone right home, we stayed mum 2 to finish installing the last slab in order to fix and clean the yard, we moved the welding on the starboard side and we were 40 minutes see our work in solitude. At the end of each small goal, enthusiasm leads us to fly our minds, takes over after a little 'depressed thinking about how much remains to be done. Today they have helped once again: Richard, Gianni and Flavio and Fabio took a day off. Fabio the archtetto rose to greet us even though it was in excellent condition due to a bad cold, Daniele seems to have disappeared (again, please, we miss you).
All workers who are giving us an invaluable contribution, we ask a little 'patience, missing for a little while and then' leave you alone, we do welding work on their own.
In the picture you can see a very interesting trick, fast and low cost.
Plese, let a donation.

Now enjoy with us the Side A.

Pregnant Bowel Infection

mother of invention

Install the round part of the hull seems more a test of intelligence and wit that a work of carpentry. As I said in previous posts we did not use any gimmick or equipment created ad-hoc, the problem for those who have not yet addressed, consist in coupling between the curved portions of them, everything would be easy and commonplace if we were building a rectangular barge.
Weld objects on the hull significantly slows the work and can damage plates.
Here is a list of objects that we used to obtain an excellent result to date: 3 conventional terminals and 4 terminal lengthened, a suction cup, a hammer, scraps of aluminum V-shaped, 2 iron hooks , 2 straps used with gear from car, a bar is approximately 2 feet for leverage, some pieces of wood of various sizes.
belt with two hooks on each end is connected to the hawk and "embrace" the hull, holding out a lot can pull the sheets until they match those closest already established and can be used to place the L-shaped as a lever with a piece of wood (the core). The suction cup is positioned straight on the plates to slide under the handle of the V-sheet, with this method is crushed corners that are sometimes higher. The method is fast and efficient and we are now fallen below the slab corner. 7 are still missing pieces to complete the first side. The work is still very tedious, repetitive and tiresome, the slabs before being pinned inside, are presented at least 4 times.
It 'still a joy to see the results, judge for yourself.
